Marie Claude is the Director of the Montreal International Game Summit, the biggest event in Canada and on the East Coast entirely dedicated to videogame professionals. Before joining MIGS, she worked as an Administrative Assistant and Communications Manager in the education field and later as a Project Manager for a private PR firm. She found her true calling when she stepped foot at Alliance numérique as the Director of Communications and Public Relations for both MIGS and the organization. Fascinated by social media strategies and interactions, Marie Claude is also a member of the International Game Developer’s Association Positive Impact Games special interest group and takes pride in promoting the canadian videogame industry whenever she can such as during the 2010 European Commission’s workshop Assessing the video game industry in Quebec : from 1996 to today.
